Peace of mind is one of yhe most important thing in a life. it is hard to describe but easy to know. The sensation, a feeling that is caused by something affecting our body or part of our body. So, peace of mind is also a sensation. It is the sensation that we all wish in a life. Everyone wants to be happy and want that senation which is called the peace of mind. Happiness or joy cannot occur without peace. infact, when we are happy from our inner soul than there will be the presence of peace of mind. peace of mind is a state of being mentally and spiritually at peace.

• Smile
Solution to every problem. so always keep smile, not because life is easy, but because it is worth it.
• Avoid comparison with others
It's the most common problem in our lives. we compare our lives with others but it is of no use or it's a waste of time. so never compare yourself with others. everyone has a different life, different living style and everyone journey is different from each others. So never do camparison.
• Stop overthinking
it's okay to know everything but it's also okay not to know everything. infact, the person who are successful in their lives don't know everything they just figure out answers along the way. and this is how they are free of thinking and with full peace of mind.
• Don't spoil your present with your past
If your past is bothering you then find the way to get out of it. dont stick to the past. you cant walk through the life with one foot in it. The past should make you feel good about the memories so resolve your past to have a peaceful mind.
• Don't think about others or LKK
Before doing any work every person is worried about something and that thing is “what others will think of their actions” or like “ Log Kya Kahenge”. so don't think about others and do according to your thoughts and dreams not what others force you to do.
• Time
Time is the best medicine to every pain or a sorrow. Time heals everything. Give your wounds enough time to heal and your will have a peaceful mind.
• You and no one is responsible for your happiness
Our happiness is our responsibility and no one is responsible for that. sometimes we find ourselves relying on someone to make us happy, no one can blame them though we find ourselves mad at them. At that time we can feel the sensation of peace of mind but in their absence we are lost or we can't find our peace of mind.
