Scientifically Proven Ways To Control Your Anxiety !

Hello readers,

I hope you all are safe and sound and taking all necessary precautions to avoid getting affected with covid-19.

There are 5 topics about which I am going to talk about today to cater your anxiety which are scientifically proven.

Get enough sleep

Healthy sleep has been proven to be the most important factor in predicting even more influential than exercise, diet or genetics. Some people even have sleeping issues. You can use different scented candles which are calming or you can try pillow mists to get nice and sound sleep. Make sure to keep same timings for your sleep .If you are into exercising, schedule it in the day time so that the energy acquired from exercising can be utilised by the end of the day. Avoid caffeinated products like tea and coffee before your bed time. Create a night routine for yourself .Think about the things you are grateful for ,this reduces the stress and create a calming and satisfactory thoughts in your mind.

Laugh

The act of laughing eventually increases the intake of oxygen in your body. Due to increase in oxygen level in your body  the muscle relaxes due to which the physical effect of anxiety eventually gets reduced. We know that anxiety increases stress in our body and our heart begins to race. Which sometimes even results in chest pain or our body becomes stiff and tense. At such situation you should remember about the tools which can give you a sudden positive mental thoughts. Watch a comedy show that you love or talk to someone whose company makes you feel happy and eventually try to laugh as much as you can.

Meditation

I don't think that I need to tell you much on  how meditation helps us in dealing with stress and how it impacts  our mental health as well as physical health. Some people think doing meditation means going to mountains and leaving everything behind .But do you really now that just sitting in a quite place even at your house or anywhere for that matter, and keeping your breathe stable and just feeling and noticing each and every thing around you like the breeze of air going through your hair, or the birds chirping on nearby tree, etc. It relaxes your soul so much that once you open your eyes later you will feel a completely different energy within yourself and the satisfaction or the happiness which your soul experiences is worth doing it. So do meditate and experience it.

Become your best friend

How can I skip this one topic. Being your own best friend is the best gift that you can give to yourself. Don't go hard on yourself .Think of what you really want to do and what makes you genuinely happy and do those things. Don't sacrifice your feelings just because of someone else is not agreeing to your dreams. Denying the feelings or suppressing them results in severe depression sometimes, so don't ignore what your soul wants to tell you. Don't pressurise yourself to do the things which others are approving. Listen to your soul. Be your own friend ,treat yourself as a precious soul.

Practice Mindfulness

Mindfulness! do you know what does that means and how that can change your lifestyle and can cater your anxiety drastically. Mindfulness is just how we keep control on our speech while talking to someone similarly, keeping control on your thoughts while you are alone or while you are just being by your self.Because as you might be aware that whatever your subconscious mind keeps thinking again and again the respective things will get attracted to you.So it is any day better to think positive and be thoughtful for whatever  you think . If you will have control over your thoughts you will be less likely to stress over unnecessary things which might not be that serious also and eventually their will be no need of being anxious. Because you will only focus on the positive things then on negativity.
