This days a lot of people are struggling with mental health issues,but they are scared of confronting about it to anyone.But let me ask you a question ,when you are having fever you easily go to doctor or even when any of your body part pains you go to your loved ones or to doctor for help or to cure it.Then why your mind does not get that much of your attention ,while your mind is going through a tough phase. You should go to a therapist for help before it takes a huge toll on your physical health.
People are afraid to go to therapist because they think it will give them the tag of mentally sick person, but is it really true? Therapist is a completely unknown concept for us especially in India .Once you start seeing a therapist he will try to understand what your mind is up to , why your mind is creating any strange thoughts which makes you feel lonely or even depressed. The therapists and their guidance are the only options who can ultimately save you from falling deep into any of mentally disturb situation.
Now, what if you are feeling anxious or depressed or lonely due to any of the reason or because of certain incidents that you might have experienced in past. Try to recollect that situation and find out exactly what had hurt you due to which it has been somewhere in your subconscious mind but never came in forefront and now disturbing you, once you found out the reason you are already one step closer to your solution.
once you find the reason try to think of that situation with different perspective, consider as if your mother or your elder loved ones or any respective person were on that same situation as you were how they would have react to it and try to look at that situation in a positive way . Due to this the intensity of your thoughts or even the negative impact of that situation would eventually get subsidised and you will have a new perspective towards it.
POSITIVITY , PERSPECTIVE , PASSION TOWARDS LIFE
Remember this mantra of 3 P it will keep you away from any negative thoughts or even from any mental issues such as anxiousness etc.
