Most people have experimented with at-home treatments for hair loss on either themselves or their loved ones. However, natural or home-based remedies for hair loss are never without controversy. Thus, we've put together a list of the top at-home treatments for hair loss that you can simply try. Hormone fluctuations, diet, lifestyle choices, genetics, and other factors can all contribute to hair loss. Although they can't stop severe hair loss, home remedies can promote healthier hair and lessen hair fall to some degree. We'll talk about several at-home remedies in this post that you can try.

1.ALOE VERA

Vitamins A, C, and E can be found in aloe vera. These three vitamins support healthy cell growth and lustrous hair by aiding in cell turnover. Aloe vera gel also contains folic acid and vitamin B12. These two elements together can prevent hair loss.

Enzymes found in aloe vera can promote hair growth and reduce hair loss. Let the fresh aloe vera gel sit on your scalp for about half an hour, and then rinse it off.

2.EGG MASK

As a complete protein, eggs have every essential amino acid required to support the growth and health of your body's tissues, including your hair. Keratin, a fibrous protein that primarily uses protein as fuel, makes up the majority of a hair shaft. Generally speaking, protein helps your body produce, repair, and replenish the keratin in your hair.

To one egg, add one teaspoon each of honey and olive oil.
Well combine to form a paste.
Use it as a hair mask on your hair.
Before washing and rinsing your hair, leave it on for a duration of 25 minutes.
Use once a week, on average.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of olive or coconut oil (optional, for added moisture), 1-2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt (for extra nourishment and to lessen the smell of eggs), a few drops of lemon juice (for a fresh scent), and 1-2 eggs (number of eggs depends on your hair length and thickness).

3.BEETROOT

Nutrients like iron, folate, and vitamin C are also abundant in beetroot juice, and they can help prevent hair loss and encourage healthy hair growth. More blood flow to the skin can lead to a brighter and more even complexion, which is facilitated by the betalains found in beetroot juice.

Every day, have one glass of beetroot juice.
Beetroot juice can also be massaged into the scalp and then washed off after 30 minutes.
