How many of you know that if you wake up early and do some exercise, walking and yoga is beneficial for your body???
I know that all of you know that but how many of you are regular even knowing the benefits of waking early??
Only 1 or 2 per cent of people follow this routine. Look the problem is we all know about this but we only remember about our health only if we are unhealthy and go to see the doctor π or visit our relative who is admitted to hospital or when the doctor recommends that your cholesterol has increased either you do something for your health or God will π π ?
Now these are few moments which gives you that jerk and wake you up from your deep sleep, now you will decide firmly that tomorrow you will wake up at 6 am, planned accordingly and also left office earlier on the day before and at 10:30 pm you are feeling tired and sleepy then you listen a song playing βbade ache lagte ho β π in the Television πΊ suddenly you stand up and went to watch that song and at 11 pm you keep on changing the channels forgetting about your plans of waking up early morning tomorrow and now after watching the movie for more than 1 hour and you went to the sleep, the time is 12 am midnight suddenly you start thinking that shit that today also you got late and time is 12 am so it's very difficult to wake up early tomorrow. The moment you thought this your mind starts working like branches of the tree. You gave the signal to your brain from that signal four branches will emerge, then 8 branches, 16 branches and 50 branches. As soon as you gave the signal to your brain that waking up early is not possible then your mind will give you 1000 reasons about why it is difficult to wake up early??
Though that 1000 thoughts are not real and are created by you let me give you an example your mind will think that look sumit you have tried it so many times before but each time you have failed and this time too you will fail then what is the purpose of doing so??
You will get identical awkward thoughts as above like if you wake up early you will feel sleepy in the office and when such thoughts start bombarding so you change the alarm time from 6 am to 7 am and once again a thought came into your mind that you have read somewhere that we need 7 to 8 hours of sleep π , the vicious cycle begins and you end up waking late tomorrow morning
So this is the main reason behind your failure so don't give excuses.
