By “Don't be scary all the times” i mean, mostly students have this conservative nature which goes to their face, which is not good for most times. Try to calm your face muscles. Most of the students now a days are facing this problem which makes many people unapproachable to you. Having a good smile matters. Because, it's common problem caused in the students. Who want to make friends, but are shy and introverts(no offense) and regret later. For them my only suggestion will to be to talk upfront and try to contain and maintain and control emotions. Don't be afraid until it's not your fault and not you deed. Be confident, this element fails in you most times, not only you but many add me as well. Now is the world were we students who want to be employees of a company or to do a startup need to be open minded and sell your self well in the market. How confidence will help me? i will tell you, if you are asked to work and present your work. It's your duty to do the work well and present the best results, and you did it an exceptionally good model. Why presenting you are unable to face and answer the questions, what do you think will happens, you will lose the chance to provide your exceptional model which is bad, and layoff's right(can happen right) and your values goes down in the market. And why do you think this happened? the confidence which we ignored and moved forward thinking that nothing will happen. 

I will tell you my incident about me lacked the confidence and lost a golden chance to get a scholarship. I applied a best scholarship during my 1st years in diploma(polytechnic), and i got the call letter saying ," you are selected for the interview round" which was a very good news and the next day me along with my selected friends went for the interview and only 2 of them got selected for scholarship , not me.

What do you think had happened?

 I HAPPENED to be there on time, gave the interview. but in the interview, i could expose my condition of student and set my words to limited, so interviewers didn't grind me much with questions and thought i was some rich kid who needs no scholarship. But practically i was more poor than those boys who got selected. I was done for because i couldn't explain my condition there and i bought myself a failure, and lost the bounty scholarship. Can't get the time back so . Don't lose your confidence because of yourself and someone else.
