Meaning - 

Hard work -  It can be simply defined as putting your brain and stamina focusing only on your                           project and stressfully working giving yourself an headache.

Smart work - It defined as finding effective and shortcut ways to to a work maintaining time                              and doing multiple task and maintaining the quality of the project. 

Main focus - 

Hard work - Focuses on quantity of the project rather than quantity of it.

Smart work - It focuses on quality and the quantity of it equally divide them.

Process - 

Hard work - In this process a simpler approach is used to do the work as if a robot is doing it                            within a given limited time.

Smart work - In this process a systematic and planning is done and prioritizing the project                                  and make it done nicely and in a good approachable project.

Goal - 

Hard work - It will stress you out, your work will be completed but you will not be fully                                            satisfied but you did the work and took your payment reach home and lay down.

Smart work - It will give you happiness and joy and you will be satisfied with your payment,                                you are not stressed and even you go have fun with your colleagues.

7 ways to work smart are -

1. Know when things are done - Never be in a hurry to finish or start a work. Wait and think, plan before you start.
2. Set small goals - Never try to do bulky job as it will stress you out.
3. Reward yourself - It makes you feels good and you try to set a limit to a work .
4. Surround yourself with good people.
5. Watch every moves and try to learn  every step.
6. Use your  weapon.
