I will try to save your time! and provide more content by writing smaller and easier lines. 

In this world, everything have its own frequency. Everything means everything - even ant. Things, thoughts, work are often considered in two types. -

  1. good
  2. bad

And from this point, I want to say,  good and bad have their own frequency 

Good things have a higher frequency and Bad things have less frequency. 

Frequency

So when you are thinking negative thoughts means bad and destructive thoughts - you have less frequency which connects with the things/circumstances that have same type of frequency. So you have to face bad things and completely vice versa with good thoughts. This book discusses the same. 

Above was an overview of the book and after that there are some tips and there explanation. So here are some tips that will help you to stay positive and be humble, attract good things. 

I took this book from the library and found it interesting. I advise you to buy one for yourself (if you love reading books). 

  1. As we know energy cannot be destroyed or produced. So energy transfers from one place to another. If you surround yourself with positive people - some of their energy around 0.90-1% will be transferred to you. 
  2. Keep a check on your body language. Keep body language like a winner. Always stay positive and happy, you will be attracting good things and lot of happiness. 
  3. If you feel people are taking place in your life more than enough! Than get disconnected for sometime - and from all the things like social media and physically meet. (only for some time)
  4. Have technology fast for at least one day. This day there will be no technology only nature. Nature heals you and fills you with positive vibes. 
  5. Inspiration plays and important role so - I will suggest you to stay inspired. Do this by reading books , watching inspirational movies, seminars, following leaders. etc. 
  6. Avoid chit chat and destructive gossips. Try to be more producitve while talking. (Try to talk about productive things instead of talking about other people.)
  7. Avoid arguments. Just try to improve your life, focus on yourself. 
  8. Even food has its own frequency. junk food have low frequency, fruits and vegetables have high frequency. So assure that you are eating more fruits and vegetables.
