Are you worried about your hair fall?
Are you trying various soaps & shampoos for hair growth with no results?
Then, I think you are at the right place. Here, you will get to know five ayurvedic ways to deal with hair fall.
Let’s get started.
. . .
Yeah! Simple!
According to Ayurveda, dry hair scalp is one of the primary reasons for hair fall. If you oil your hair twice a week regularly with warm oil (of your preference), you will see awesome changes in your hair.
India’s leading nutritionist, Rujuta Diwakar, described in one of her Instagram posts the importance of oiling & massaging (Champi) the scalp.
Her simple oiling technique involves heating the coconut oil (or any oil of your preference). Then, after closing the flame, add fenugreek seeds, curry leaves & a hibiscus flower to the warm oil. Let the mixture rest overnight. After that, sieve the mixture into another bottle for storage.
Do the oiling & massaging from this oil bottle once or twice a week to see the magical results.

An Onion Mask is one of the simplest ways for hair growth.
Grind the pieces of cut & peeled onion. Sieve the mixture to get the Onion Mask ready for your hair.
Put this onion mask on your hair scalp for 20-30 minutes & then wash it off with plain water. If you are having a problem with the onion smell, you can wash it off with a mild shampoo.
Repeat this process once a week to see the wonderful changes.

III. Curd & Fenugreek Mask
This one is my favorite! It’s easy & effective!
Soak fenugreek (methi) seeds in water overnight. The next morning, grind the soaked fenugreek seeds with 1-2 teaspoons of curd. Then, add 1-2 drops of coconut oil to the mixture.
Ta-da! Your Hair Mask is ready to use!
You can put on this hair mask for 15-20 minutes. After that, rinse it off with a mild shampoo.
You can use this mask once a week to feel the difference.

IV. Aleovera Paste
Squeezing the fresh aleovera pulp from the aleovera plant is one of the best remedies for soothing the hair scalp. You can apply the aleovera paste directly over your scalp for 10-15 minutes. Then, rinse it off with plain water.
Applying the aleovera paste once a week will bring out the visible immediate results on your hair growth.

Yeah! You can try different varieties of homemade masks for hair growth.
Additionally, Ayurveda suggests that if you are following a healthy lifestyle too along with these masks, the results would be better.
