So, without further ado lets dig into the Tiffany's glittery worldβ¨
FACTS YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT TIFFANY'S ~
β’ There's an entire Tiffany's collection called 1837 in which every piece is marked with a number along with the brand name Tiffany & Co.
This collection is named after the establishment year of Tiffany's i.e. 1837. 1837 is the year of humble beginnings of Tiffany's by two founding men Charles Lewis Tiffany and John B Young.
β’ Tiffany & Co. is the only and also the first all american luxury brand to accept payments only in cash whereas other stores allows their customers to buy on credit.
β’ The brand itself has always been a part of history in some or the other ways. In 1848, co-founder John B Young purchased a selection of crown jewels following the fall of the monarchy during the French Revolution.
β’ 'The Tiffany Ring With An Important Diamond' - Yes, that's actually the real name of a ring at Tiffany's. It is worth an incredible 2.1 million dollars. Tiffany's gemologists spend many years searching for diamonds with as much clarity and colour. The diamond is of 12 carats and is surrounded by dozens of much smaller diamonds. Set in sleak platinum band, it is that jewelry that many dream about.
β’ The famous βBlue Boxesβ of Tiffany's are recyclable and all diamonds are responsibly sourced.
β’ Tiffany's is always on hand with their diamond guide known as the four C's. The four C's stand for Cut, Clarity, Colour and Carat. If all of these are ensured to be of high quality, then it is guaranted to be the diamond of your dreams. Tiffany's gemologists are very good at spotting the very best of diamonds and ensuring that the brand only uses those of the very top calibre.
β’ Works of legendary Angela Cummings and Paloma Picasso can still be seen in stores and flagship of Tiffany's. The prints designed by Elsa Peretti can be purchased on silk scarf, a whole new way of wearing Tiffany's.
β’ Tiffany's designed the Yankees Emblem, The dollar bills and The Super Bowl Trophy. If you think that Tiffany's only designs jewelry then my friend let me introduce some information to you. In 1880, Tiffany's redesigned the Great Seal of the US, a design which is now on the back of the dollar bills.
