Not everytime we get the super nice higher authorities and supervisors. If you get, you are lucky. If not, you are trapped. But you know, if you change your mindset about your worklife, everything changes. Let me tell you from my experience that, those who keeps on complaining about the work we do, they are actually making us better. Stick on to them. Follow their instructions. This will help you to correct your mistakes and make best version of yourselves. Also it is very important to plan your day ahead. Before you go for work, just analyse what all things you should do there. Think like everything is simple and you can handle it. Boost yourself. Motivate. Say infront of the mirror that โ I'm the best. I can overcome any problems that come my way. I'm going to do an excellent job todayโ .Yes you made it!!!! And when you start working, concentrate on it. It's a 12 or 8 hours shift that matters. 99%, you are confident on yourself. Rest 1%, unexpected things can happen, tension, stress, shouting, firing many things. But once you come out from work place, leave all unwanted tensions behind. It has nothing to do in your personal life. Be positive when you go for work. Keep up the good spirit. You feel happy all-time. So by this, you can make it a perfectly balanced one.
