Dear all, Hope you are doing well. Inspite of pandemic fear, a lot of people are posting interesting contents and that really keeps me motivated. Many people are reading my content and providing feedback, which is really encouraging. So, now let me get into the topic.

On seeing the title, many people have guessed it, which are the two movies that I am going to talk about. Yes, it is RRR and Valimai.

RRR

As you all know, the RRR has it roots in Telugu language, still it is the much expected movie in the all India level. It is directed by the directing giant SS Rajamouli. This movie has a very big star cast and the trailer increased the expectation of the movie. The movie was planned to be released on Jan 8, 2022, unfortunately, the covid cases started to spike and as a precautionary measure, the government ordered the theaters to reduce the number of shows and the occupancy level of theaters to 50 %.

So, this became a huge drawback as many people, don't want to come to theaters and return back and moreover, spending more money on online booking is not helping their cause. So, the movie team had to postpone the release , they did not want their money to become a loss as well as they did not want to risk the life of the people. But, releasing the movie just a week before the festival time, would have made them break the records, but unfortunately that did not happen.

Valimai 

Valimai- This was the name that was trending a lot in twitter “Valimai Update”. This is again produced by a huge production house of Boney Kapoor. But, the fans were waiting to see their superstar “AK” after 3 years. The previous venture of AK was Nerkondai parvai with same producer and same director H.Vinoth. The expectation was taken to different level, after the making video was shared in the youtube and it went viral.

The trailer was awesome and everyone appreciated the way the bike stunts were made and there was a huge expectation for the movie and they planned to release the movie during Pongal festival. Since, RRR was postponed, the only hope of theaters and movie circle was this movie, they had a plan of not backing out as they got the screens that were supposed to screen RRR, but unfortunately, that did not happen and they too decided to postpone the movie, as they dont want to risk the lives of their fan.

It is quite a disappointment as people wanted to watch movies on theaters, but unfortunately, the next wave of pandemic has started and people need to be safe. Movies may come and go, but we have one life and we need to live to the most of the life.
