Cartoons are a really wonderful way to explain our childhood. The reason to choose this topic is that this blog may give you a chance to relive your childhood memories. But deep into watching cartoons, there are many things to learn and also links to our psychology. The facts about cartoons are surprising and deal with a lot of interesting facts. 

The statistical data shows that people aged 18 to 49 years do watch a lot of cartoons and have varied reasons to do so. It is really amusing to know that cartoons do have a lot of influence on people of that age. Cartoon characters help even psychologically and to develop oneself. As the concept of the cartoon is based on good over evil, it acts as a way to define the path one must decide in life. As kids are also so much into cartoons they grow up by seeing them and hence develop a good self. It also helps in creativity development, builds self-confidence, plays a major role in entertainment and helps in deep understanding too. As considering the adults cartoons act as a stress reliever. It makes them relaxed and let them chill out of tension. Cartoons are also a way of distraction from depression.

Here are some of the list of oldest cartoons that everyone should watch to live their childhood:

  1. Daffy Duck: It was very famous in the 1930s and 40s and was created by Tex Avery and Bob Clampett.
  2. Bugs Bunny: It was directed by Tex Avery by a cartoon named Wild Hare. This character was always found to have a carrot and was known for its mischievous behaviour. It was also starred in many films.
  3. Tom and Jerry: The very famous cartoon that had been widely watched by all ages. It was created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera around the 1940s. It centres around a cat and a mouse who fight a lot by chasing around places.
  4. Popeye: It was telecasted first in the year 1929 created by Elzie Crisler Segar. This plot makes children believe in eating healthy food like spinach that serves as the main energy giving to fight the enemies.
  5. Scooby-Doo: It was created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera in the year 1969. The main character is the dog and has four friends named Shaggy, Fred, Velma, Daphne who travels around and work as detectives.

All these cartoons are the ones that drove us crazy and during these pandemics, they seemed to be the therapy that takes our depression and stress away and makes us relive the past.
