Lucid dream is very interesting thing which everyone should have to experience. Lucid dream is a state of your mind where you are seeing a dream and you actually know at that time that you are in dream. step-1. Remember your dreams
recall dreams just after you wake up
start a dream diary and write everything you see, hear, speak and feel in your dreams; all your emotions.
step-2. Reality check
Make a habit to check reality by seeing time in watch and seeing hand frequently.
ask yourself frequently that “Am I dreaming?"
( By making a habit of reality you will also check it in your dreams and ask yourself “Am I dreaming?”)
Step-3. Technique
Wake back to bed method :- Set alarms 1.5 - 2 hours before you sleep. After waking up walk slowly here and there for 15 minutes and just think about lucid dreaming. Don't forget to sleep again.
Meditation :- controlling your thoughts during day for just 10 to 15 minutes can help you to lucid dreaming.
