Hello All! It's the very first time i am sharing a story based on a real life incident. I am sharing this story so as to make every girl and her parents to be bold enough to raise their voices , I know it's not that simple ….it takes time but remember how much time you take that much you risk your life and others, so step on and raise your voice.
So the incident happened on 2019 June, I was traveling on a semi sleeper bus from Mangalore to Kerala. The time was nearly 2 or 2:30am in the midnight, I was in deep sleep and my mother was sleeping next to me. In the middle of the sleep I was feeling something weird ….I was totally in an doubtful state put my hand beneath the bedsheet which I was covering …and When I put my hand …it touched other hand which was not mine …I grabbed the hand and with great difficulty I opened my eyes because I was in a deep sleep …I broke the two fingers and twisted the hand and with my nail I pinched him and twisted the hands till my anger was over….after five minutes the bus stopped near the pump my mother waked up and went to the washroom and when she return she asked me what happened and I narrated the whole story…but my mother asked me to be quite as she was scared of my future…but I still can't forget that day…I really wanted my mom to raise her voice but she didn't , the other incident which pissed me was my teacher's word she told those girls who have not ever went through any sexual harassment are the one who are blessed by God…I was totally shocked so the mentality of a person is very low ….So I request all those parents who are reading this and girls to be strong enough to react ….Remember if you keep on being silent the sexual harassment will continue. So raise your voice against sexual harassment.
Always remember that no one will stand for you unless you stand for yourself ….so don't fear about the society they are not giving you anything. So be brave and step forward. To all mother's especially single parents , you're the only one to your kids so don't make them low thinking about the society.
