Film - The Fault in Our Stars has instore of a roller coaster of emotions along its storyline. The screen adaption however pulls out a good recap of the beautiful novel plotted by John Green. Despite the fact that Hazel was battling with cancer, the twist in the plot comes when she meets Augustus at the cancer kid support group.

Hazel, who had more or less no friends, make good friends with Augustus which gets down their attention towards cancer. Love strikes in when Augustus decides to take Hazel to Amsterdam, to meet the author of her favorite novel, An Imperial Affliction. Soon after the trip to Amsterdam, bad waves emerge and Gus develops complications in his health. His wish before he lost his life to cancer was to hear eulogy from Hazel(his, now girlfriend) and Issac(his, best friend).

The flow of emotions that John Green has put across throughout the plot is so beautiful. Inspite of the deadly disease which envelops these two beautiful souls, they make their life meaningful and full of life by each day passing.

The fiction gives a shock in the climax which announces the unfateful death of Augustus and the trauma Hazel undergoes after loosing her soulmate. As said, life must go on, Hazel lives in the memory of Augustus and awaits to close the book of life once this disease took her breath away.

Recently this novel was also turned into a screen adaption in bollywood known “DIL BECHARA” starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi in the lead role. Apparantly this was Sushant's last screen appearance because of his untimely death, he was an amazing artist. <3
