Sometimes You Need To Calm Down

Everyone is stuck in this exhaustingly fast pace of life. No doubt that a person who manages to cope up with the trend also tend to be more productive and multitasking.
The question arises that even though it seems nearly perfect, but Is it good for a person's health, be it Physical or Mental ?  
It also promotes overstimulation and overscheduling, which inturn becomes one of the major reasons causing Stress, Anxiety and Behavioural Disorders, because everyone wants to be ahead of every other one. A massive competition that turns ON the switch of a non-human personality to compel them to work like a Machine ! And turning OFF the switch of those heartful,kind and needy things that humans were created to do. Everyone is rushing and following the same path to achieve those things that are merely artificial and temporary

We don't see each other as humans, but as a competition, and envy each other rather than being happy and satisfied with what we already have or will achieve in future. We want to snatch the thing that the other person has, making him happy even if does not mean anything to us.
People participating in this race usually disconnects themselves from mother nature and forgets to admire what they have been given,leading to the deterioration of the resources instead of a sustainable utilisation.
So, sometimes we need to calm down and take a look around. And be thankful for everything. Being Ambitious is not bad but excess of everything does. One should be aware of the path that they choose,where it wold guide them to, it should not make them a snobby person. 
Such life destroys one's body, mind and soul which are the only key elements to make life life. 
No wonder, sometimes it can be good and It's quite normal to work hard to keep your brain active and in a well functional state, perhaps to a certain degree that keeps the life in equilibrium. One should know that limit that doesn't harm others as well as themselves, neither physically nor emotionally.

It's all upto you that what type of energy you want to accept that will directly alter your thoughts accordingly and change the course of your life. 
Do it to become a better version of yourself, not to prove yourself better from other people. 
Take a Pause and Appreciate those little moments you get because they are never coming back.
