Reward And Candlemonk

It's a Human Tendency, specially of people like me who loves to work in order to get Rewarded in return. We live in a society, in a house, in a school or so on where we have been taught or got habitual of doing a work in return of a desirable reward, even a smallest one.

The story of Reward or Bribe as we call it, starts from our very young age. When we are little without any sense of our own, Our mother bribes us to eat the vegetables or tells us that we will get a chocolate if we finish our homework. Our father promises us that he will buy us a new cricket bat or this toy if we perform nice in the exams. When we grow up, we set other rewards for ourselves. Our mother scolds us if we don't get free dhaniya (coriander) while buying vegetables. So we automatically go to that vendor who gives free coriander along with chillies as a reward.

When we are in the crucial years of education and carrier, etc, we set rewards for ourselves. Like I have had this habit of Buying myself a chocolate or something that I really like telling myself that I would eat this on this Sunday if I score 19 out of 20 or Full. Now I don't do this anymore, I don't know why I aborted doing this. It used to be seriously helpful to complete my task before the deadline. Now all I am is a sluggish person. It's just a natural tendency not only in humans but in animals also if you notice.

Bigger the Reward = Faster the given TASK is Done

And so the Candlemonk has done now. I am not upset or something. But I have been observing this Since past week that that many people have stopped writing or viewing others' blogs too. As I already mentioned in some of my previous blogs too that no matter if we get paid or not , Nothing should stop us writing about How we feel, What we want to share with the world. I am just disappointed about one thing that I am barely getting 50 views on a single blog. Yeah that's okay.

The only change I could notice is that Earlier we used to get 2X or 1X diamonds or gems on reading each blog. Now we aren't getting any. Also, Attaching this screen snip that I took just a moment ago. And tying to decipher this.. If anyone knows what they are trying to convey, do share with us too.

Thanks for reading this !

Previously, you redeemed 250 points for INR 250, now there is a 13.25% fee deducted from the amount that you redeem, that is 250 points equals INR 217, Paytm follows the same process, when you do a recharge is a platform feen on the recharge amount.

You really write amazing blogs. Keep it up. We'll still be rewarded in return of hardwork we do but at the cost of deduction of 13.25% of our payout.
