Hello everyone. Hope all of you are doing well . Today I am back with a new inspiring story and I hope you all are getting inspired with the previous story on my blogs. So, without wasting any further time let's start with today's story .

'It costs Rs.0 to believe in yourself but once you start doing that you can earn in millions'. This story is of common man who believed in himself and made his mark on global scale. 

Ranjitsinh Disale hailed from middle class family .After his 12th standard studies, he wanted to become an IT Engineer as he was interested in technology and innovation and he wanted to make a difference in the world through his work , so he took admission in engineering college but due to some ragging reason and other discomforts he left the college within 6 months after joining and decided to join another college next year by cracking the entrance exam but his father asked him to join the teaching professsion as teachers are the" real change makers".

As per his father's suggestion ,he joined  B.Ed college and found that he enjoyed teaching and so  finally he became a' Government teacher'. When he started teaching ,he noticed that the parents in the village were not aware about the value of education of their children and the children look at the schools as the place of entertainment. The attendance were less than 2 % .But Ranjit  decided to change that situation and so he ran some Continuous Community Programme where he used to interact with the parents of his students and make them aware about the value of education .Later , the parents agreed to send their children to school and his efforts were not wasted . Later, he ran another activity called ‘Hour of life’ where the parents used to participate and responsively look after their children studies ,their homework ,after learning revisions .The Alarm used to ring and SMS was sent at the parents mobile and the hour of life ran successfully. Many of such types of activities were carried out by him. 

Later ,he noticed that the curriculum was not in the students primary language due to which they were not able to understand the context  so he founded a solution for this problem . He himself learnt many languages and redesigned all textbook of 1st to 4th grade with a unique QR code that embedded video lectures, audio poems with animations and stories in regional language . 

As a result of all his efforts , the school was awarded as the “Best School of the district ,which also called the eye of Mr. Satya Nadella (Microsoft CEO) .Later , he won several awards and recognitions but he stole everyone's attention by winning 1 Million dollar in the ‘ Annual Global Teacher ’prize .

He proved that ," Teachers are the ones who shapes our life" and without teachers life would have no class. Let me know how this story inspired you.
