Heyii.. Good Morning people. Read a random blog on : Pickels , so decided to share something about my Mother with you through this blog.
When My sister and I were in school there was not even a single day that we never carried lunch box with us. No matter what the school timings were, whether it's summer or winters, We would always get our tiffins ready on time. And the speciality of our tiffins was that we never had to have Pickels or Aachar in our tiffins. Even if we have our school at 6 or 6:30 am , She will get up early , make sure that we eat breakfast, and take our tiffins with us. While I observed that many of my classmates or friends would have pickles or sauce with parathas in their meal boxes. I like aam ka aachar a lot. Since my mother is not very much fond of pickles so she never made any and if we wanted some, she will buy it from market, but they would taste so artificial and spicy, that I never really liked.
Sometimes, I would get angry with her. And ask "Why we never get to have pickel in our tiffin, why do we have to eat vegetables everyday, most of our friends bring pickles everyday, But we never did, We feel isolated, We find it difficult to share our tiffins with them and feel shy because we never have aachar like them."
You might be thinking that How Stupid we were at that time. We did not know the value of vegetables and also her. While other kids would crave for vegetables, we craved for simple pickels that are not even good, they are just taste enhancers that people eat along with the sabzi & not alone. Now we understand why it was like this. Because our mother is hardworking and care for us. I am not saying all those mothers are not caring or hardworking who put pickles in tiffins ( May be they are obliged to do so, they are unable to cook early in the morning, I am sure they might have their reason behind this). What am trying to convey through this blog is that you should always see the other side of the coin also. Don't be stupid like me.
Do care for your Mother and What she does for you !
Thanks for reading this ! Have a productive day ahead.
