The Art of Staying Young while Growing Old …
You have to Find your reason for being you , that is hidden deep inside you . It is the reason that you think makes you get up in the morning from your comfort zone and run all the errands without any discomfort .
Well For me it’s staying healthy because I hate seeing docs, So I anyhow convince myself to workout everyday even for 10-15 mins a day , to consume less sugar to look good in every cloth I like.
So it’s time for you to Find your reason to step out of your bed. Next thing is -
DON’T RETIRE EVER : Whatever you do , do it with a full heart , that brings satisfaction & happiness to you and never QUIT doing it. Having a purpose in life is as important as having salt in your food.
You know like when you you find yourself in peace while doing something, you get habitual of it or truly adore it … so never let that end. It could be gardening or writing or cooking or painting or surfing .. anything. Just know what you like to do.
The keys to this are –having a good and healthy DIET, EXERCISE on a regular basis , and FINDING A PURPOSE IN YOUR LIFE, along with this FORMING REAL & STRONG SOCIAL TIES,RELATIONS with the person around whom you feel get positive vibes and get you are filled with energy and lots of zeal.
There is No such compulsion of doing something vigorous all you can do just some walk, or you can take a good care of your garden, or have a reading or writing habit,get a sufficient amount of sleep, also stay hydrated, by the way have alcohol in moderation, and finally find the ways that can help you reduce your stress level not trigger it.
In addition the key point that you should remember is that - DO NOT OVER FILL YOUR STOMACH :
Always Fill your belly only to 80 percent (% ). Eat in small portions= small plates , this way we tend to eat less = less lethargic = more productive .
You probably don't know the secret behind a healthy and fit body . The secret is small but has a great effect on your body,mind and life. All you have to do is just try to eat in a limited amount.Fill your plate with more salad and vegetables than chapati or rice . Also the more I eat more easily I fall asleep. Food makes me sleepy and that short nap turns to a big nightmare because I haven't finished half of my tasks yet . So you definitely should try to avoid overeating. It will for sure help you out to stay energetic throughout your work schedule.
