A Simple Recipe For Paneer Momos

Today I  prepared these really amazing Paneer Momos for my sister because she loves them. But she was unable to have them since she just got operated for her stone removal and so now she can not eat food from outside because it has a high chance of contamination and adulteration. And none of us wanted to take such high risk regarding her health. So in order to make those chances slim and to give her the taste of street side momos,we decided to surprise her with these homemade momos. I along with my mother did our best to make them delicious. Also I did not forget about the red spicy garlic chutney that they give with momos.
I have found an amazing yet easy to make recipe for it.
Recipe for chutney
Ingredients -
Roasted chana,Red chili,Tomato ,Garlic,Curd,Salt,Water.
Process:-
•Blend them all by gradually adding water as per your need.
•Tada your momo chutney is ready.
Recipe for momo filling:
Ingredients -
Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum,Onion,Garlic,Ginger,Paneer,Oregano, Chilli Flakes,Salt.
Process -
•Grate all these vegetables & paneer(or chop them very finely, since it is a long process, Therefore I easily grated them).
•Add spices as per your taste.
Recipe for momo covering
Ingredients -
All purpose flour , Salt, Baking powder, Water, Refined oil.
Process-
•Knead a nice dough using these ingredients.
•Keep it aside for at least 10 minutes.
•Take small bowls of this dough and make thin pooris .
•Take a spoonful of those vegetables and close it.
• Boil water in a steamer and steam the prepared momos for about 8-10 minutes.
• Check if cooked properly.

Serves hot and spicy paneer momos !

Cooking is easy but cleaning up the mess after that is really tiring. She really loved the momos and was satisfied with the taste of chutney because that plays a Key role in enhancing the taste of momos.

Fun fact : I did not have the momos because I don't like them, especially the garlic. I don't know what people see in these stupid dumplings and are ready to die for ? You may ask then why did I do all this hard work if I don't like it ? That's because I love to cook and feed others even if I am not going to eat it. I get immense pleasure and satisfaction after watching people eat what I have cooked for them. Insane right ? No , I don't have this disorder or something, I just like it.

Thanks for reading this !
