Hello candlemonk family, hope you guys are doing  fine. Karan, this side. And today I'm gonna share some views on developing our personality.However,these are my personal opinions,that i have face in my life.Im sharing such traites,because i have seen my people don't do such things, and loose their impact on others.And if you are a such person, trust me these ways will definitely help you to improve your personality, and you can easily have an edge on others by just following such traits. So, be with me don't  skip any point. 

📌 Be a good listener. 

This is the best way to attract others toward you. If you listen to others conversation attentively,and give them time to explain theirself. They will start trusting you because you just listened their talks while responding them. And even, they will also take your advice in their personal matters,because they will think you are the one who always listen to them.However, if their are such people who you want to avoid, you can easily avoid them by giving  them too much of your attention,and eye to eye contact . This way they will think ,that they are saying something wrong. And they will end up the conversation as soon as possible. Follow the rule:

"Listen, learn, and apply."

📌Become good in conversation. 

Nowadays, everyone wants a person,who is good in speaking,and interacting with others. However, being well in conversation give you an advantage. You can easily manipulate people and gain their trust. And if you are a beginner salesman, you should have to learn such trait.Also, this will end your shyness. Follow the rule:

"Conversation is the key factor. "

📌Have a positive outlook and attitude. 

I have seen many people attents personality development classes. But only some of them have elegant outlook, and attitude. These things can be learn within days.People just  waste their months on learning such traits.Be good  in dressing sense.And remember its not about wearing branded clothes and shoes just be authentic, but wear color combination that attracts people's attention. And be good in attitude. Its not about being an introvert,its all about having a influencing attitude.  And go with the rule:

“First impression is the last impression.”

📌Meet new people. 

Such a great way to be an extrovert. These days, you can use social media to interact with other people. But meeting them face to face can enhance your personality, and can end your shyness.This way you can easily gain knowledge, and experience life of others. The more and more people you interact from different professions, the more you will gain knowledge just by knowing their opinions on different topics. Follow the rule:

"Be social active, and gain the knowledge for free."
