The keto diet, also known as the "high fat, low carb" diet, is a way of losing weight that many individuals follow today to control their weight. The keto diet includes an eating routine that is essentially lower in sugar and contains moderate amounts of protein and fat.Most individuals follow keto to be thin.

1. Avocado

Cheese is highly saturated fat; eating it regularly may reduce the loss of muscle mass and strength that occurs with aging. There are many types of cheese, and most of them are very low in carbs and include a lot of fat, so you can fit them into the keto diet 


7. Green leafy vegetables 


Leafy green vegetables are very low in carbs and rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, especially leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and collards, which are enriched in vitamin K and iron .
Spinach is a verdant vegetable that has a tonne of supplements that the body needs. 
We can include herbs such as oregano and rosemary, which provide ample flavour with almost no carbs. Add bulky greens to your meals without drastically increasing the carb count 

8. Nuts and seeds 

Almonds are rich in protein, making them perfect for veggie lovers following a keto diet. Additionally, pumpkin seeds can likewise be eaten this way.walnut , pumpkin, peanut, and flax seeds.


Conclusion


Although many ketogenic meals include animal products, there is a very wide variety to choose from as well. Keto is not recommended for people who are conceiving  or nursing, have kidney disease, respiratory failure, cardiac arrhythmia, or are type 1 diabetic
