Hi everyone ! hope everyone is good. So if you are tea lover then you can have your tea while reading it because today I am writing about everyones favourite CHAI i.e TEA.
while sipping my tea this thought came to my mind that How much Drinking tea is necessary for us. I think there are many people who are addicted to tea . No matter what , they want tea To be in there daily routine.
I am writing this blog just to share my my thoughts on what pahadi people think of tea Because I think that pahadi people are more addicted to Chai (tea) more than anyone else in the world, other people are also addicted to Chai but pahadi‘s are someone who can’t kick start their day without a sip of tea . You know what they will do everything after taking bath in the morning but they will drink tea (chai ) as soon As they wake up and that’s how they start their day.
You know what pahadi people can drink 8-9 glass of tea in a day and also we if By chance there is any guest , than they can’t leave without drinking tea because as soon as they arrive my mother calls “Beta chai bna de” and I am like “abhi to pi thi“ and it doesn’t Matter if they had drank it 2 min before, they have capacity to drink one more.
sometimes I also feel how can they drink so much of tea , but that doesn’t mean I don’t drink I drink but only 1 or 2 cup of a day .
Let me tell you One more interesting thing about Pahadis and their chai , you know in winters they drink chai with jaggery , that means we don’t put sugar in chai. They take one bite of jaggery and then one sip of tea . And in summers they drink their tea with MISRi (it is also a white sugary candy type not exactly candy ) and with that also one bite of misri and one sip of tea.
I also love to take my tea this way only. tea (chai ) give us different kind of energy. whether you are happy, sad or stressed , or tired a cup of tea will cheer you up. And you what pahadi people don’t drink chai in a cup they take their tea(chai) in “steel ka glass”. You can offer them team at anytime of day they will never say No to tea (chai) .
Nowdays I think not only pahadi but most of the people are in love with tea(chai) . Just imagine sitting in mountains surrounded with greenery and having your cup of tea. Wow it’s a different feeling but for people who are already living in pahad this is common for them.
I want to write more on this topic but then it will become lengthy . So let me know in the commen section if you are a tea lover or not ?
thank you for taking out your time and reading it .
love you all.
