Why Just In June?

“ACCEPTANCE” - By all, of all and for all!

This vast society has got many different people with different mentalities and perspectives but the difference is seen in many other ways too. As we all know that this month is known as THE PRIDE MONTH, many of them took an initiative to talk for the societies unacceptable HOMRONALLY DIFFERENT BUT NORMAL PEOPLE so called THE LGBT COMMUNITY (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender). We must appreciate the one who spoke about the rights and equality for their healthy acceptance but why JUST IN JUNE?  Did they face discrimination, fears and insult just in June? Fighting for acceptance isn’t enough, the way we fight for the true acceptance matters.

“Acceptance by family”, Acceptance starts from home. If you have a brother, sister, a daughter or a son who is L, G, B or T. The first sign to show their parents how they feel is, they CROSS-DRESS themselves, but do you accept it? No! You suppress their feelings, you deny them from being the way they are, and if much need, you will ask them to move out of the house too.  Just because your respect matters, your pride matters, your prestige matters, but the one who is born from you doesn’t matter. “When a parent can’t accept his/ her own child, then we shouldn’t expect the society to accept them!”

“Acceptance of love”, Love is an unconditional emotion yet its named in a single word called “LOVE”. Everything can be loved. Some love cars, some love bikes, some love nature and some love gifts and those gifts might mean a lot too. So, the love towards a feelingless object and which actually don’t feel back anything to that person also have a value, but love between two same sexes isn’t accepted by this society. When a person can value an object, then the LGBT community has the complete right over their loved ones, relationships and marriages.

“Acceptance for them”, they should have their self privacy, just like how we all have. We are no different from them. They too were born from a mother, they too live on the same planet, they too have same body organs, and they have the same color of blood as we have. When everything is same, then why there is no respect for them? They have to think twice for everything. They think twice for being out for a shopping mall, they thick twice for going to washrooms when they are out. They think twice for talking to someone.  Why should they even think if our society is supportive? This society is so fake, today they raise their voice in social media and tomorrow they leave comments on them when they are out. This society is fighting ABNORMALLY TO MAKE SITUATIONS NORMAL. Everyone is just being fake to prove them real. This is not right at all. All we can do is to accept them for who they are.

We don’t need a separate month to fight for their rights; we don’t need separate special days to prove them right. Every day is an opportunity, everyday they can speak up for themselves. We can normalize the situations in normal way and bring change for better change!
