Hello everyone! Hope everyone reading this is keeping well and I wish you best for the future endevours.
Before starting I would like to ask a question. Does your quality of work depend on how you are treated in a setting? Well, this question ranges from asking a straightforward question to a lot of subtle things one might interpret. But for now, I leave it to you to answer it.
If you answered it 'YES' congratulations!!! you are one step close to self-awareness, and in return, this can be equated to success in any field.
But there will be some who feel that no matter what the conditions may be, they always strive for excellence, outperform any circumstances, and complete their work. This is something called resilience. So here is a possibility that some of you might have chosen to say โNOโ. This is great, as we have something to learn together.
It happens many times that to become better versions of ourselves or when we are feeling stuck somewhere and look at ourselves, not as a progressive one. We start straight away and directly hit ourselves with a new routine or incorporating different beneficial habits in our lives. But what we often forget in this race of developing ourselves, that we do not pay attention to the outer world that has almost equal if not less influence on our behavior, thoughts, and conduction of day-to-day activities. For example- if we want to stop our habit of procrastinating, we generally make a timetable, commit ourselves to work, drive all distractions away. Here, we forget about external factors and do not consider all aspects of our existing habits, like is workplace comfortable enough? o you feel genuinely active at that hour of the day? Does the work require the same approach?
These interventions will serve following purposes -
(i) You will we able to formulate a better self improvement plan, as this kind of will give you a holistic view and help you fix the loopholes.
(ii) Motivate and contribute in your overall development and lighten up different spheres of like by changing your approach.
(iii) This will help you to go easy on yourself while getting bettre result.
There are a lot of ways in which we release (eyes, mouth, etc) our energy and get recharged. So it is of utmost importance to select an environment where we want to bring our inner and outer in tandem.
