Games are an integral part of an understudy's life. It is an essential component of the educational system. The principal objective of training is to foster the understudies truly, intellectually and ethically. It goes without saying that a sound mind comes from a sound body. The mind can be weak if the body is weak. The old adage "Health is wealth" is very true.

But how can this health be made? by playing actual games on the field rather than video games. We see sick children today. The majority of them are wearing glasses. In addition, obesity is a problem among them. The students' passive lifestyle is to blame for everything.

There is no physical work; only mental work is required. Games quickly make up for this loss of health. The organs get stronger and the body gets new oxygen from playing games on the field. The mind gets better.

There are additional advantages that students gain from participating in games. They acquire social skills like cooperation, discipline, being on time, and a sense of belonging. A lack of work-life balance will drive a person crazy. The students are now obsessed with books. They are more worried about their job than about their mental and physical health.

They will undoubtedly achieve their goals in their studies if they put in a lot of effort. In any case, at the expense of their wellbeing. If there is no health to enjoy, what good is wealth?

As a result, students must strike a balance between studying and playing games. Work while you play while you work is the only way to be happy and gay, and they must always adhere to this maxim.

Games foster an excellent quality other than others and that is sportsmanship. A sportsperson is an exceptionally resilient individual. He learns to accept both successes and failures. Even in the face of numerous defeats, they never lose their courage. They get up and work hard until they succeed.

Students who engage in games develop social skills. They have a greater number of friends than the students who do not engage in games. In life, students are not reserved. They become adept at adapting through their openness. Additionally, games teach patience and mental awareness. They acquire teamwork and cooperation skills. When students enter the workforce, these kinds of things are very important.

So, games have a significant spot throughout everyday life. They must be played correctly to get the most out of them. The games and the studies ought to be balanced.
