Stress😑 - Useful Ways To Manage Or Deal With Your Stress

Hello all and welcome back.

Today I would like to talk about stress and share few useful ways to manage or deal with your stress. I know not many people talk about mental health because they do not consider it important as physical health.

First lets understand what is stress. Stress is a feeling of not being to cope up with mental, emotional or physical pressure or anxiety. Stress can be of different types based on the situation and circumstances. 

Second let see what are the Causes of stress. Below are few common causes of stress.

  • Feeling inferior - Feeling less than others.
  • being in a situation under lot of pressure
  • Worrying about something - having a bad relationship or having a exam anxiety.
  • being in a situation which you are not able to deal with or the outcome is not expected or not under your control.
  • having no job or activities in life.
  • Issue related to families.

Stress can happen to anyone at any age. Now a days our life is moving so fast, competition is high in every fields which impact the young students a lot. You all would have seen or read in news student attempting suicide or getting into wrong influence because of stress or loneliness or peer pressure. As you move forward in life you need money to survive, and to have a good life. Adults get stress mostly when it comes to relationships or money related. Stress hit everyone in a different ways, people take it in a different way and deals with it in the ways best suits them. 

Here are different ways you can deal with stress or anxiety.

  • Take a break - I know its hard to take a break when nothing is going right. But I feel taking a break is important, do not be too hard on your self. Its okay to step back and rethink and try to see thing with a different perspective.
  • Talk to someone you trust like your parents, friends or spouse.
  • Avoid Durgs and alcohol - Now I have come across many people who drink or smoke excessively when in stress. But I do not think that helps in any way as your money is wasted, harming your body and the actual problem is also not solved. I am not against drinking or smoking I am just saying that there is no point to doing it excess.
  • Write down whatever is going inside you, whatever your feels are.
  • Having a good sex or masturbation can also help.
  • spend time with you family and friends.
  • Pamper yourself - Go for a vacation, take a spa or get your nails done. Eat whatever makes you feel happy. I personally like having ice creams when in stress.
