All About South Indian Foods

Being a foodie girl i used to get more tempt for foods especially for south Indian foods. My mom used to prepare dal (Paruppu) in many tastes and it will get differ according to each places. I used to get crave for non veg foods like chicken mutton fish duck and even more ( Let it be Secret). I love Naatu kozhi Soup and Naatu kozhi chicken it have its own taste. There are many variety in briyani too like ambur briyani , chettinad briyani, Hyderabad briyani (most favourite one) Dindugal briyani , Malabar briyani and so on.

My favorite in Tiffin items are DOSA there are many variety and type of preparing in it like ghee dosa , podi dosa, egg dosa, masala dosa, onion dosa , kal dosa and so on. Even in  EGG there are many varieties like kalakki , omelete, half boil , egg fry and so on. Most of the people hate curd i don't know why but i love curd rice which used to given in temples as prasadham as like tamarind rice , lemon rice , tomato rice and so on these are also called as variety rice.

Team plain rice with potatoes is enough to solve any stomach problems and enough to repair damaged stomachs due to overeating in hotels. Especially when you've been eating burgers and bread together for days - plain hot rice, dal, potatoes or chicken curry will be enough to give you a really satisfying feeling.

There are many types and variety in chuntey like coconut chutney , tomato chutney , mint chuntey , kadala chutney and so on these all are recommended as side dish for tiffin items idly dosa vadai pongal. Even now I'm getting more crave to eat south indian foodsss…

I would like to recommend some food combos to try 

1 - Parotta with Chicken 

2 - Parotta with Beaf In kerala

3 - Medu Vadai with Sambar or else coconut Chutney

4 - Full meals of Tamil Nadu food 

5 -  Personal recommendation SS Hyderabad Briyani ( Most recommended Bread Halwa if you like sweets)

6 - Cooked pongal with sambar chutney and Vadai ( You can try if you are a insomnia people) helps to sleep well.

7 - Poori with potato masala 

8 - Any non veg item in south Indian style with white rice 

9 -  Rasam food with Papadam

10 - Dosa and idly with sambar and thick chutney 

11 - Dal Payasam (Sweet)

INDIA IS DIVERSED BY COUNTRY BUT UNITED BY FOODS
