Its something that is keeping you away from your dreams. Yes, you want to follow your passion but you are concentrating more on the other things. You are not following your dream or passion. Your passion is something else and you are just doing some donkey work to get a small appraisal each year! Why?? What is stopping you from leaving everything behind?? Why cant you just leave everything and let yourself go on the path which will lead you to your Life Goals??

If your passion or dream is to become a dancer, a singer, an actor or may be writer, then what are you doing there in that cage viz. called as office doing some donkey work! Its not a life you desired or dreamt of..then WHY you yourself trapping your own self to this cage? Just stop doing this.
Yes, just stop doing that donkey work and let your passion take your life command. Because at the age of 50 you will have money but you will not be satisfied coz you left your passion, because throughout your life you were living a fake life. So just stop pretending that you are fine leaving your dreams behind because you are not!
You just have to plan a step by step structure for a way to accomplish your dream. Do your study properly. Make a plan. Follow the steps which you have designed to accomplish your dream. Hard time will come. May be your family will not support you to follow your passion. But always remember NOBODY ACCOMPLISHES ANYTHING BY PLAYING IT SAFE! So take this risk. Storms will come to stop you, to destroy you but just stay calm and focus on your goal. Think positively about those situations. In my opinion everything happens for something good. Maybe god is taking your test, checking if you are focused enough or not. So stay positive, fight back those situations. Storms will definitely pass by you and you will go through it.
Just stay focused and take appropriate decisions by thinking wisely. Do required hardwork! Do some smart work so that time will reduce.You must have patience, ability to do hardwork. You should be determined enough and then nothing will stop you from achieving your dream!
So, stop playing it safe and let your dream becomes true!
