Facts Everyone Should Know Regarding Weight Loss

  • Understand why you need to lose weight. So it is very important to know the “Why” here. 
    Are you doing this because you compare yourself with some celebrity ? 
    Are you doing this for before/after picture?  
    Are you doing this because someone is bullying u ? 
    If these are the reasons the main thing you need is a mental reflush. This perception is entirely wrong.
  • Losing weight is a balance between diet and physical exercises.
  • You always start slow and then  keep increasing the intensity of workouts. It is not about how intense the workout is it is all about consistency.
  • You won’t see results immediately. It may take a day a week a month or many months. Everybody has a different body. Never compare.
  • Keep trying different physical activities. Cardio, Zumba, Skipping, Cycling, Running, Swimming, Trekking etc., there are many. Doing what you love will keep you entertaining and fit both at the same time. So do what you love. 
  • There are many chances of pains in your body . It is a part of this. There maybe muscle pains, sore muscles, extreme tiredness etc., It is because your body is adjusting to the regimes because you have been a couch potato in entire life .
  • Reward yourself with a cheat meal time to time. It is necessary to keep your taste buds happy. Also have a rest day two days in a week.
  • Starving won’t lead you to weight loss. In turn body will gain more calories. Never do fasting and starving with the assumption that eating less food or no food will reduce the weight . It won’t.
  • There is no such thing as fat-burning foods.
  • Dónt spend money on health subscriptions, expensive fitness programs, over the head costly weight loss plans. Everything you need is available on Youtube, Instagram.
  • Healthy foods are not that expensive at all. It just takes a bit of research.
  • Sleep well. Avoid late nights. Sleep for minimum 7 hours. A healthy sleep is required for our body.

Dont do it to look good for others. Don’t do it because people will stop body shaming. Do it to feel healthy inside out. You will be happy and surprised once you reach your goals, your mind will be in a better state and external acceptance wont matter at all.
