Time is one of the most precious things given to mankind. Learn to manage it well to achieve a lot more. Learn to live 48hours in a 24 hours day.
Successful people never say words like ‘I have no time or I am exhausted' when it comes to doing something worthwhile. Learn the art of getting things done without getting tired. Overcome your inclination to lose patience and temper when things don't go your way.
Tiredness & fatigue comes from negative feelings of disappointment, frustration & anger rather than physical exertion. It’s not the long working hours that take a toll on health but the attitude with which you work does. Try to include a variety of activities to engage yourself every day. Thinking that the work is monotonous, boring, or full of drudgery creates mental exhaustion and physical pain.
A beautiful Mantra given to me by my friend is ‘Look at this one step at a time’, don't think of it as a vast mountain. Just complete a single step at a time before you realize you would have achieved an entire mountain worth of activities. If you overthink, the very thought will exhaust you before you even the task. The key to this is to just look at it one step at a time and not bother about the entire thing.
Make a list of all the activities you would like to do in a day and systematically tick off each item as you finish. The action of ticking off rejuvenates your mind and body making you feel like you've accomplished a goal.
Science says that children have limitless energy because they don't think of any activity as boring. They don't think of yesterday nor do they don't think of tomorrow. They are just full of boundless creativity. They are on a constant voyage of Discovery.
Remember that energy is a very stretchable concept, the more you use it the more it recreates itself. The health of the body and the spirit is what you have to achieve to make your 24 hour days stretch into a 48 Hour journey of success and happiness.
Make time for everything you want to do, save segments of time just like how we save money. Develop the art of doing several tasks at once, learn how to multitask well. Do not let tension become a block in your path to multitasking.
Most of all, be patient with yourself and do not look back thinking that it is a punishment. Remember you’re a human being & entirely fallible.
