Each and everyone likes to eat palkova this is a milk made sweet normally most of the people loves milk from their childhood to older age. So this milk made sweet also everyone's favorite one.
This sweet is widely available in shops at various varieties and flavours but when we make at home we can control the sugar quantity as well as it is more economical.
Here, I am telling how to cook palkova at home. Yes friends this is the easiest way for preparing the palkova ,now we follow the instructions one by one.
Palkova is made by only 2 ingredients such as milk and sugar. Ghee also used for preparing palkova if you like it for flavor and add some nuts for rich look. You can make palkova in different shops for attracting your families and friends.
INGREDIENTS
Only two ingredients used for preparing the palkova sweet that is,
Milk
Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING PALKOVA
Step 1:
Take a thick bottom base kadai and fill 5 to 6 cups of raw milk without adding water. Water reduce it's texture and it take mush time so you use only milk without adding water.
Step 2:
You will be continuously stirring the boiled milk otherwise it will sticking on the bottom of the kadai. Without any break you will be stirring the boiled milk for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 3:
After 20 minutes the boiled milk gets it's creamy texture by continuously stirring it you can add sugar ¼ cup, if you need more sweetness then you will add some extra sugar. Keep stirring when the sugar dissolves in the milk.
Step 4:
By continuously stirring without any delay or break still it separates from the kadai at low flam. Also you can add nuts and dry fruits you like. After it comes separately tasty and yummy palkova is ready.You will serve palkova in chill or hot.
Also you can serve palkova in various shapes like square, rectangle, circle, diagonal or which you like.
