What is your biggest fear and insecurity? A question that might sound skeptical but is quite straightforward. The fears and insecurities that people have can have a daunting effect on their lives. 

Many might be aware of them, while there might be many who are still unaware of them. Delay in fighting them can be a hurdle to the smooth life you are expected to dwell.

But have you ever wondered how you could fight your inner fears and insecurities?

So here are quick ways to start fighting the inner demons of fear and insecurities:

Know the fear and insecurities

To start with, first, you need to know exactly your demon. It is linked to creating self-awareness and knowing the facts that have developed fear or insecurity. It can be the fear of failure or fear of being mocked, but first, you need to meet and greet it to start fighting it.

Find the reason for fear or insecurity

The idea is very simple, list down the factors that make this fear or insecurity turns into a powerful demon, stronger than you. There are reasons linked to every fear or insecurity. Knowing them is the most important step to move ahead.

Accept the fear and insecurities

People tend to walk away from the fears and insecurities. Now once you have personified this demon, it is time to accept that it is the one that exists and it is the one that you need to fight. Realizing the actual reasons for the fears and insecurities and accepting them will help you to stay enlightened on your path to defy them.

Be willing to fight the unwanted

The demon is before you, and no, it's your willingness to defy it. Start with small steps. If your demon is afraid of speaking in the crowd, start speaking in front of a mirror, then talk to some stranger on the bus, and slowly the fear will no longer exist. Take a baby step every day until the demon disappears forever.

Keep your fear and insecurities away for good.

Once you are ready to take steps, ensure that the fear goes away. Letting go is the last step, and one should ensure that there is no way that the same is returning, not even the slightest possibility.

We all indeed have fears and insecurities of our own. Some have insecurity in a relationship, while some fear failure; either way, people prefer to avoid any instance that can result in a negative outcome. This can lead to a toxic and unhappening lifestyle, one that is not expected.

No matter what you fear, just leap and try to beat it with all your heart and strength.
