In this blog we are going to discuss how you can spice up your morning coffee with extra health benefits We all prepare tea or coffee in the morning to get some extra freshness and energy. However if we add some beautiful flavours which provides additional benefit to our body that would be the icing on the cake.Spices like cardamom ,nutmeg,clove,cinnamon and ginger are the they are well known for their immunity boosting or anti oxidant properties.These are the common  five spices which enhance the flavour in dishes and now surprisingly enrich  your coffee as well because it has got lot of health benefits so let us know how they benefit you when you make a cup of coffee for yourself or for others.

1.Cardamom:If we talk about the cardamom contains fibre as well as the minerals all these things believed to be enhance your blood circulation .It may be beneficial for health issues such as indisgestion , acidity and constipation even if you are facing problem like bad breath, nausea and vomiting cardamom can provide you a great help.you can add while brewing your coffee
2.Cinnamon: It offers you a distinct flavour It also posses an antioxidant content and has been proved to strengthen your immune system and it suitable for the people who is suffering from high blood pressure and control the sugar level as well and also fight inflammation. So while brewing your coffee add the cinnamon flavour.
3.Clove:It will give you musky flavour when you add while brewing the coffee it will give your coffee the extra flavour as well the  benefit to stay fit.
4.Nutmeg:Is abundant in vitamin B6 if we add in your coffee while brewing it provides you not only with extra flavour but improve your sleeping problems as well if you add in your coffee and then you will have good sleep so it helps to get rid of insomnia problems.
5.Ginger:Is well known for its medicinal benefits and it protects you from seasonal infection by keeping your immunity strong just add few slices of ginger before you brew your coffee.In winters it is quite beneficial

If you add these  spices in your coffee you keep the infections almost at the bay.Enrich your coffee everday with these spices and make your day new and fresh
