Getting enough water drinking every day in important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water help your body keep a normal temperature. Get rid of wastes through urination, perspiration, bowel movement. Your body needs more water when you are.

     How much water you should drink a day? 

Health experts commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 litres, or half a gallon a day.  

    Tips to drink more water 

•carry a water bottle with you and refill it throughout the day. 

•choose water over sugary drinks. 

•serve water during meals. 

•Add a wedge of lemon to your water. This can help improve the taste and help you drink more water than you usually do. 

•Freeze some freezer safe water bottles. Take one with you for ice-cold water all day long.

Water is a main component of saliva. Saliva also includes small amounts of electrolytes, mucus, and enzymes. 

2•It regulates your body temperature your sweat keeps your body cool, but your body temperature will rise if you don't replenish the water you lose. That's because your body loses electrolytes and plasma when it's dehydrated. 

3• It protects your tissues, spinal cord, and joints. 

Water consumption helps, spinal cord and tissues. This will help you enjoy physical activity and lesson discomfort caused  bby  conditions  like arthritis. 

4• It helps you lose weight 

Studies have linked body fat and weight loss with drinking water in both overweight girls and women. Drinking more water wile dieting and exercising may just help you lose extra pounds. 

5• It helps fight off illness 

Drinking enough water can help prevent certain medical conditions. 

        These include:

        •constipation 

      • kidney stones

        •exercise induced astma

         • urinary tract infection

          •hypertension 

Water also helps you absorb important vitamins, minerals and nutrients from your food, which will increase your chance of staying healthy.

Cartilage, found in joints and the disk of the spine, contains around 80% water. Long -term dehydration can reduce the joints shock- absorbing ability, leading to joint pain. 

7• It delivers oxygen throughout the body 

Blood is more than 90% water and blood carries oxygen to different parts of the body. 

8• It boosts skin health and beauty with dehydration, the skin can become more valuable to skin disorders and premature wrinkling. 

9• It helps maintain blood pressure A lack of water can cause blood to become thicker, increasing blood pressure. 

10• It flushes body waste 

Water is needed in the process of sweating  and removal of urine and feces.
