whenever you are angry and feel restless due to fight or quarrel with anyone then without taking it on a negative side you may consider it as a opportunity to get back to your breathing practices. If you think optimistic then you will be able to know that your distraction will lead you to the meditation. so it's upon you, how you look the things. All of us feel anxious and worried whenever we want to appear for some presentation or competitive exams. Due to this kind of situation your heart rate increases, perpetrate or when you can't speak freely and if we take this feelings as negative then we will end to more worriedly and tense up. This is not going to help you in any way. so we all should take it in a positive way and interpret it as that you are nervous or you are excited or you are getting adrenal rush to help you concentrate more. If you say this unconsciously then this little mindset will help you tackle your problem in a more better and helpful way.
if you want to take your habit as your motivation then you will have to add or link your habbit to something you enjoy. you can use it as an attention gripper like suppose if you play the same song before having sex then you can play that song, whenever you want to get in a mood. there was a person named billaur who was a boxer and was also a good writer was also using this habbit to enjoy without knowing it. who once associated his headphone while writing. for some 20 to 30 days in the beginning he used to listen songs whenever he sat down for writing and after some days he started correlating wearing headphone and concentrate in writing. so from that day he started using wearing headphones whenever he wanted to write something concentrately. Athletes also uses the same strategy for instance there was famous athlete who use to strech and throw balls as a ritual to play well and he told us that the pre game rituals helped him alot to get into the skin of game he used to take 10 minute for stretch and throwing balls he accepted that the same ritual helped him to get in the right mindset, he took his ritual as competitive and focused.
