Are you finding motivation that will make you work hard for one more day and then again the next day you'll do the same thing? Why are you wandering here and there when lifetime motivation itself is within you. And certainly, I can bet on that will never go out of stock.
Have you ever tried to find out the reason behind the success of those people who have either achieved their goals or working on them consistently? Well, the simple answer is that they're focused and self-motivated. They know what they want.
When you set a long-term goal for yourself, the beginning always seems easy. You're resolute and full of vitality to face the challenge but as time passes, a lot of impediments come your way. Everyone knows that it is easy to make a plan but following the same is difficult when things don't happen as you expect. You feel infuriated, frustrated, and have difficulty staying motivated. You start losing interest or tend to give up. Most of our goals don't happen quickly or easily. It takes a lot of hard work, perseverance, and discipline.
So, do you think it is really possible to stay motivated and never give up on your goal? For me, it is a big YES. You just need to work on yourself and I'll tell you how would you do that. First, you need to understand what is self-motivation and then how it'll develop into you.
Self-motivation is something where you take initiative and action to accomplish your goals. It's your internal drive that pushes you to keep moving forward, keep going on tasks especially those you're pursuing because you want to. When your existing plan fails and don't know how to start again, your self-motivation comes into the picture and that is what pushes you to go on, makes you believe in yourself, and encourage you to thrive again.
