All of us try to imbibe a habit without these basic figured details we tell ourselves that i will get fit, i will become successful, I will do exercise, I will eat healthy food, i will eat one healthy meal but we never clarify where and when we will do this activity, we just leave it to remember by chance or leave it to destiny that we will remember it by chance or we will feel motivated at the right time so when you give a particular time and place then you clear the foggy idea and get clarified with your plan. Your family and friends plays a very vital role in shaping your habits. In 1965 there was a man from Persia named as Ruston who was searching for wife so he wrote no of strange letters to a woman name katina, Ruston was a firm believer in hard work, absolutely no faith on luck and he also completely ignore the value of something called innate talent, he claimed that on the basis of hard work and persistently developing a habit can make any child genius in whatever field or area he is trying to excel. Ruston wss so firm with his idea that he wanted to experiment this with his own child. if you really want to learn any new habbit before expecting for getting master in it you should be able to learn the basic skill of showing up. if you can't show up then their is very little chance of mastering any habit so when you have determined to go gym then you must visit gym for 2 min so that atleast you are showing up on what you decided and you could imagine the pain when you fail to sustain the goal for long period of time, you must thrive to be best in inculcating any habit you must do the easy thing consistently because this will definitely go to benefit you in a long run. you have to standardize before getting optimized as when you become expert in showing up the first 2 minutes become the ritual for the start of larger routine. This will make your way easy to learn any new habit but you can say this is the ideal way of learning difficult habits. The more and more yoy show up or ritualize any habit then it will help you for continuity.
