A man just married was once told by his wife to take some dancing classes. That man was 40 years old , he discussed this issues with his friend, The man told about an incident 20 years back when he had taken a dancing class,the very first teacher interupted while he was showing his moves ,the teacher scolded him and condemned him to learn all the moves from very basics. This kind of remark demotivated him and after few days he left that class.

Then he again joined another dancing class, the teacher of that class motivated him and that few words of appreciation made him the best dancer in the world.Now you see the power of appreciating words that made his faults seem easy to correct and guided him to excel .

When you tell your wife ,your kid or your employee that he or she is a dumb, stupid then you have lost the all the chances of improvement and you have destroyed that persons will to do something.

In opposite when you encourage them or guide them in a nicer way and when you make the things easy to do then then that person understand you and that person has built a flair to give his best and that person will keep on practicing until the dawn of success come to the window.

one more incident of a card player,one day a man named raju visited his friend danu's house danu told him to play the friendly table card but raju was bit hesitant to play he was quite afraid because he dont want to loose then daanu encoraged him by saying that raju you have written many blogs on card come on that will be a peice of cake ands that certain encouraging words filled raju with positive energy and he not only played the game but later on he started earning his daily income as a card player.

you all might have experienced that you still remember the demotivating words once told to you in your past by your teacher,friends parents that hard words still nmoves in your head and frustate you everytime you try to do something new so how one remarked stays with you until your death .so we should be very careful while commenting on any one because you dont know how your one remark will going to shape his life.
