On 27 th of August i gave an interview at Agog pharma, where i was wasked 10 questions and i scored 90% in that test and got selected and HR also supported me alot and he was very much impressed by my positive nature and he then took me to the director Anil sir, He was stylishly dressed and looking like a south Indian hero with mustache and he asked me finally you came as soon as i entered the cabin. I was smiling throughout the interview to put a good impression and He told me that he want me to join the company as soon as possible and told me that he is impressed by the HR review. I thanked him and then he started telling me about his investment in so and so. I kept on listening and started asking all my queries, How company is doing, where you see your company in 5 years, He told that they were financially stable and will be planning to construct another manufacturing company and then i thought to appreciate him because i read somewhere that you must appreciate others for even small improvement and then i remember when i entering in the factory then i saw new marble work everywhere from stairs to wall so i asked him that the marble is extremely good, it looks all glossy. He was impressed by this question and started telling earlier it was old stairs made of Steel and iron and it was totally rusted so we have invested a lot so as to make it look attractive and then we got into techno commercial discussions and then after a good discussion we greeted each other and then i left the cabin and then i met the HR and asked my queries and told him that i can join by next month because i have to give notice to my present employer and then i asked him to give the offer letter and he agreed upon that. After few days i got call from HR that they can't provide the offer letter before joining because they were in doubt that i will use this offer letter to get a better job and that's why told me that you will get the offer letter after 1 month of joining which is against the law so i refused the offer and feeling blessed that i took the right decision by not joining that company.
