Happiness Is Not About Achievement.

When you have no desire then that is real happiness, you feel happy when you have no urge to change your state and you want to stay as it is without feeling differently or say in other word you want to remain in your present without expecting to desire lucrative things. 

Your happiness is always lasting for a very short time because every time you desire for different things. Do you know happiness lies between a desire full filed and a new desire similary your suffering is a state between changing your present scenario and to getting what you desire for. You always desire of attaining some target… the desire of attaining target is what gives you happiness. and when you attain that goal you don't feel any happiness and you. 

Have you ever noticed when you stop paying attention to your problem then everything fall into place on its own. Do you know about backwards law and when you don't care about anything then it work oppositely. If you are always positive and saying positive about yourself by seeing yourself standing in front of mirror. so when you pursue the negative you get positive out of it. The pain you pursue in gym will give you more strength and health throughout the year. If you get failed in business then you learn from your failure and try to learn from your mistake in order to get successful. when you are open with your insecurities then paradoxically you are more confident and secure in front of others. when you fall into an argumentative situation then you don't need to fall sorry about that confrontation will lead you to the making a healthy relationship. when you suffer with your insecurities and failures then there you learn the courage and perseverance to get out of the hard situation. You can notice by yourself that whatever worthwhile achieved in your life is through overcoming the bad experience in your life. when you attempt to avoid, ignore or any thing you try to oppose or get against in order to get rid of your pain then it is not going to help you in aby way and it will backfire. so when you try to avoid suffering then it is another form of suffering. when you deny or avoid deliberately the acceptance of failure then also it is a form of failure.
