Anything that is done in excess manner will do harm to you and your body.
Food you eat decide the quality of your mind, thought, mood and present state of your body.
We eat alot more than our body needs due to this poor habit of overeating lead us to overweight.
We all are aware of that overeating would lead us to overweight still we eat. Do you know why???
In the early era when we were surving by killing animals. In those days we had to struggle for many many days to get our food by hunting, so our body was storing food for its survival but now we don't need to store everything is available nearby then why we are overeating?
We are still animals we love to eat and sex alot because we still have to go long way to become so called human being.
At the age of 21 you should be eating 3 or 4 times a day because upto 21 years of age your body is growing and you need food to develope your body but after 21 years of age you should be eating one meal a day.
Slowly cut down the food of morning, if you take tea or 2 chappati slowly come to 1. 5 chappati slowly stop eating in the morning.
You are allowed to eat your one meal only between 10 am to 2 pm in the afternoon and your meal should not include fruits or milk or any other lavish food, it shoos be simple food. Veg or nonveg is not the issue you can eat anything just try to keep it as simple as possible. Don't drink water just after your food you should wait for atleast 1 hour because during this one hour you body can effectively secrete necessary juices, vitamins in food. Eat only 24 morsel, i.e each morsel for each hour.
Don't do anything in hurry take your time and slowly cut down your dinner and then stop eating at night.
As factory worker works for 8 hrs a day so do our body worker like bacteria work for digesting food. If we make them work for 24 hrs then you would have to suffer from many deseases.
You should be eating your food like your medicine or if you don't follow the above routine than you have to eat medicine as your food.
If you eat alot then you will feel lazy and always feel sleepy. Don't increase your struggle as you are already going through alot.
