Hi friends🙂, welcome back to my new blog.  

Are you a person sufferings from negative thoughts ??? Are you feeling bad about it ??? And now I'm going to make some changes in you…..

So friends , I'm going to convey some best five ways to handle your negative thoughts. And now let we get into the topic……..

✴️ BE CONCIOUS OF YOUR THOUGHTS 

               Being concious of your thoughts is the must for everyone . Because usually our thoughts are generated to different parts which skip from one thought to more others.

 So what I want to say is that, As soon as you find yourself thinking about a negative thoughts , stop yourself from thinking it. Though you know about your every thoughts ,

 And you may also identify whether it is positive or negative ,by the time within a second just stop it and think over any other good things. By doing this repetedly it will completely makes your thoughts clean and clear with positive vibes.

✴️ KEEP BUSY 

            Generally to avoid some minus we have to look forward for some pluses.so what I want to convey is that always keep yourself busy. It's not just about you , I meant about your hands and minds . 

Yes, keeping your minds occupied by doing tasks like cleaning , sorting , knitting etc.and also the same thing you can do to your mind by doing tasks like cleaning , sorting, knitting . And sure these all will keep your mind off from all your negative thoughts.

✴️ AVOID TRIGGERS 

            You just wants to minimise all your contact from negative people , though you know about them  or you can have some what little bit capability or much more  capability to judge people and also you may read there faces.

 So what you want to do is that just avoid the negative people.  And these all will completely help you to keep you sane and positive. 

✴️  GET REST 

            As much you works, the same  amount is not needed, but somewhat take your own time to take rest for your yourself.  

Because lack of sleep will completely disturbs your body , mind , and everything which also greatly affects your mood, causing you to feel anxious , irritable and angry.

✴️  LISTEN TO MUSIC 

             Music will completely changes our moods. It makes you feel fresh . Yes, Listening to your favourite music for 25 minutes a day can bring about a great mood change and you may also  have a great positive effect  on your health and day.

        So friends , I hope you all loved it, If needed  try my above point, somewhere  some changes occurs in you……..
