It is the fact that whosoever you meet have a high regard of themselves and they think that they are good and unselfish personality in their own way. A person has two reason of doing anything and that are one that sounds good and other is the real one. A person will himself will find out the real one .But all of us are idealist at heart always find the motives that sound good. So in order to change people make nobler motives. Lets take a story ,there was a landlord whose name was shankar he was very disappointed by his tenant as his tenant was not satisfied and wanted to leave the room before completion of lease as there was already 4 months left to complete as mentioned in the lease but Shankar was very disappointed because if the tenant left the room early before completion then he will have to incur huge loss of rent income because he has very short notice and it is very difficult to find any new tenant at such remote area so Shankar could have approached him and shown his disapproval by shouting or getting into a brawl but he took the wiser way to tackle the situation he went to the tenant and asked his problem and told the tenant that he is very surprised to hear that you (tenant) want to leave without completing the tenure .Shankar told the tenant that he has years of experience in renting business which taught him about the human nature. Shankar told tenant that he assumed the tenant as man of his words and he is sure about it and can gamble on it then he suggested tenant to lay down the decision on the table to think for few days and at last whatever your final decision let me know at the end of the month or when you will come to give me rent in the first week of next month and i will accept it without a word and i will privilege you to move and admit to myself that my judgement was wrong about you but i still believe you are a man of your word and will live up to your contract .because we are either man or monkey and the choice usually lies with ourselves.
After few days the tenant came to the Shankar and expressed his willingness to stay further unto the completion of contract.
