I got to know the importance of 4 am in the morning as soon as I start waking up early. I must say I was also a lazy person who use to woke up around 8 or 9 pm with full of confusion and frustration about the day, I always wanted to lead my life in a healthy way but every time I start to improve would last for few days then comes the zenyoga book where I came to know that midnight 12 pm to 4 am is the sufficient amount sleep we need. I am surprised to read how is it possible that one could complete their sleep in 4 hrs but i experienced that I am more productive and focused an leading my life in balanced way, as soon as I wake up I drink 2 glass of water and open all the window and door except one window because from there rats enters my house 😁. I think about my life and plan my day. I take bath and complete my daily hygiene chores after that I get ready to welcome sun, I gaze it for few minutes along with eating wall nuts and take sunlight for half & hour,exercise for 10 min, and then head towards my home after riding my by cycle.

I hope you should also try to wake up early and experience it's mesmerizing effect.your sleep is directly proportional to food you eat and in what quantity you eat. You should not be eating any food at night because your body is repairing itself at night don't stress your body for digestion after eating at night. Slowly reach to 1 meal a day. You should be eating that meal between 10 am to 2 pm any time in between. You should be eating only 24 morsel a day. Don't do this in hurry take your time slowly decrease your food. Food is just for maintaince and replacing of dead cells and tissue. After 21 years old your body is fully developed and you don't need to eat so much. We all are suffering from various  deseases just bcoz of our irregular food and sleep. If you want to live longer and stay fit you should be following this routine. My uncle used to say “eat to live not live to eat” and he was so true. I am living my life in a better way now I think it's in my control.
