3 Tips For Mental Peace.

All of us crave eating good food as tasty as the possible may look and as tasty as they may be they get digested easily once they enter into our  body and the body wanting to excrete the unwanted food waste out in a day if not done  can cause illness. it is truth that nothing in the world that can fulfill our hunger and make us feel more content than water yet if the body does not throw that water out after few hours that stored water can be the major cause of deseases. I once saw a  old woman teach her students about major techniques in breathing , she asked them to properly breathe in and hold their breath but old as she was, happened to fall asleep, the students were obedient and respected her alot were unable to hold their breaths any longer but didn't even want to disrespect her finally as they were all in pain so one of them walked upto her and woke her up. As she got up she said and now you all  release your breathe. I know this may sound funny as the air we breathe inside can not be held for no more than a few minutes and if it is not thrown we may die Dont you think this principle true also for our negative and bad emotions ? 

Here are three suggested ways to get these feelings out in a positive manner

you first write your feelings (it can be any thing) down on a paper and destroy it

cut it into peices or burn it into ashes or dump it. This practice i know that doesn't necessarily solve your problem but allows us to express and dump our  harmful energy atleast temporarily. 

you must Open your heart and pour into someone else

discussing our feelings can not only lightens the heaviness we feel. but we may also receive care and idea to deal with our negativity. 

my favourite The most power is adopting a spiritual rituals like pooja and all

which can help us cleanse our inner peice and give us the inner strength to fight these negative energies. 

I have myself practiced all the tips and i can assure you this will tremendously going to affect to cleanse your mind in a positive way. Today morning i wrote all my problems in a peice of paper and i wrote around 12 problems which i am facing in my day today life or that keeps me bothering all the time soon after i burned it and it gave me temporary release of negativity.
