If you workout or do pranayam for half n hour then you will definitely going to notice difference in energy level for the whole day actually what happened when we sleep the mattress we sleep on are very comfortable due to that your body get stiff by morning and when you wake up you feel sleepy and your body is stiff and when you do yoga or exercise then it will benifit you alot. your diet also plays a major role. if you are missing your breakfast that also matters alot and your energy level gets lower. usually what people say that breakfast should ne heavy and lunch should be comparetively less than breakfast and dinner should be light. so the way you think, exercise and diet matters alot to your energy level. many of us miss that one third of life is spent on our mattress. usually people have luxury cars and other lavishes but mattress of hardly Rs 5000. so you must choose your mattress wisely so as to when you wake up early morning you must feel energised. if you are investing on mattress then that is overall good for your health and you will definitely feel energised next day when you sleep well. 

How to avoid street foods? 

first of all dont see street food because that will create saliva and it will create urge to eat your favourite street food so simply avoid seeing your street food and what you can do is you can buy food online. 

chew your food properly 

what is your purpose of living? we all are alive to eat good food, wear good cloths live a good life right. spending time while eating food or chewing it properly is worth it. atlast your mood and health depends on your food. 

meditation 

what ever  you do it do it properly, if you are eating thrice than eat it slowly that is real meditation. many of us just waste our time just by sitting idle focusing in between eyebrow or some light that is fullishness. you just have to focus what you do is a pure meditation. give your full attention to food. you dont have to operate mobile phone nor you have to talk to anyone your full attention should be the food and chewing it properly. major cause of all deseases is digestion. digestion is 50 % in your mouth and 50 % in stomach.
