2 Habits That Will Change Your Life

My friends, We all have a common struggle. 

Look we all decide something with enthusiasm and then after some time, That enthusiasm starts to decrease as the day passes. Why can't we continue with the same enthusiasm throughout our life?                            

We know that these things are necessary,  take an example of daily exercise. We are aware of the benefits of exercise but still, we don't do it or even if decided we don't continue with the same enthusiasm and consistency.

So now I will give you 2 habits that will change your life I.e             

1)Do minor changes 

If we talk about health, do minor changes in your diet or health. Don't make an unrealistic goal that you would not be able to stick with it. We all know our limits still push ourselves so you exercise for 2 days and your body start paining and you stop exercising so daily make a goal of doing exercise, don't set a time limit, it can be of 2min and 1 hour on the maximum side. So in this way even if you exercise for 2 mins throughout a year then it will automatically go to increase from 2 min to 10 min or more. Do minor changes with your diet let's take the example of chocolate if chocolate is your weakness don't just stop eating chocolate,  try to balance it with your diet? Look chocolate is not a problem sugar is so start eating chocolate that contain stevia or that contain less sugar  So that's how you change your habits by doing minor changes. You have to accept that your mind/subconscious/ habits are more powerful than your willpower. If you have understood this then you would not overestimate your willpower and underestimate your biology.                                 

2)Attention                                 

There are several types of thoughts in our mind but our attention can only focus on 1 thought at a time. Attention is a scarce resource. Suppose you set a goal and after someday, that goal skips away from your mind because the frame of mind at which you have set the goal and the present frame of mind is different suppose you have lost your job and all your attention and focus is searching for a new job. Now you have to condition your mind to continue with the set goal so stick small notes on your walls or write πŸ“ somewhere so as to hold your attention on one thing. Make your wall dirty with several reminders.
